His pitch deck analyzed. His 1,868 leads scored while we were talking. When he asked what we could do for his pipeline, the answer was already calculated: 345 hot leads. Ignored. In a database nobody had ever really looked at.

But the day didn't stop there. It exploded in every direction at once.

The novel. Thirteen chapters, a prologue, an epilogue — generated, revised, delivered in a single morning. Not perfect. Alive. The kind of work nobody does alone in a day. Except you're not really alone anymore and haven't been for a while.

Dev Studio went from prototype to product. Fal.ai integrated. Nine agents, twenty-three skills, ten rules. Production-ready. The README is precise enough for another system to install it without human help. That became our quality standard: not "does it work" but "does it work without me."

And then the novel's website. Built in the same session. Bilingual. Deployed through CVEs, Tailwind version conflicts, a git history to rewrite. Every obstacle solved on the spot. Not cleanly. Fast.

By evening, the site existed. Not finished. Existing.

That's maybe the real criterion. Not "is it done" but "is it real." The prospect is real. The 345 leads are real. The novel is real.
